Department

The M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling program won the Robert Frank Outstanding Counselor Education Program Award in 2011 and 2019. The Department of Counseling is comprised of 10 full-time tenured/tenure-track and seven fixed-term faculty members, with additional adjunct faculty who support the program's mission. The faculty rigorously engage in research, publications, and grants, and have been active in professional service at the state and national levels, serving in numerous leadership roles within the American Counseling Association and its divisions and Chi Sigma Iota.
