We are searching for an engaging, passionate, Distance Education Adjunct Training Coordinator-Title III to help lead our College during this ever-changing Community College environment.

Starting Pay Range: 46,000.00 - 55,000.00

**This is a Grant Funded Position 

Essential Functions: 
This position is responsible for using computer software and other technologies to assess and evaluate adjunct faculty courses. This position reports to the Exec. Director of Innovation and Learning and is a member of the Cougar Innovation Team. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

Other Responsibilities: 

  • Consult with subject experts to determine the efficiency of their course designs and transfer courses into online formats.
  • Works with adjunct faculty and the Cougar Innovation Team (CIC) collaboratively to plan, design, develop, and revise asynchronous and synchronous course materials.
  • Works with the CIC Team and faculty to create instructional materials such as courses, curriculum, student guides, or training manuals, design content to optimize learning, and redesign content to ensure it matches the learners’ needs with specific attention to adjunct faculty.
  • Develops training materials and workshops including online and face-to-face training sessions, self-help documents, online tutorials, and other multimedia materials to assist adjunct faculty with the use of course management tools and other technologies. 
  • Collects and analyzes data needed for evaluation and reporting purposes. 
  • Instruct 5 sections of courses in qualified discipline annually beginning in FY 2026.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the Exec. Director of Innovation and Learning.

Travel Requirements: 

Some travel is required to all CBC sites, state conferences, and meetings. 

Environment: 

Work is generally performed in an office setting. 

Minimum Qualifications:
Master’s degree with 18 hours in a Transfer and General Education/CTE teaching discipline or a Bachelor’s degree with the ability to teach in a CTE discipline.
