Are you looking for an opportunity to lead with passion and vision? We're seeking a dedicated Dean of Students to join our vibrant Christian community and provide leadership in student engagement, conduct, and residential life. You will join a collaborative team of fellow leaders who oversee the whole student development through the co-curricular programs and overall support for traditional undergraduate students.

Salary:
Pay range $ 90,000 - $105,000

Job Description:

What We're Looking For:

• Exceptional Leadership: Provide strong leadership over areas of student engagement, commuter services, and residential life.

• Policy Expertise: Supervise student conduct policies and processes.

• Crisis Management Skills: Engage with colleagues (Student Care, Public Safety, Wellness Medical) in the provision of emergency responses and crisis management.

• Collaborative Spirit: Foster relationships with diverse stakeholders, including faculty, parents, and staff.

• Commitment to Holistic Education: Ensure the implementation of best practices supporting whole student development.

• Value of Diversity: Experience working with a diverse student population and a passion for fostering an inclusive campus environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Provide leadership, supervision, direction, and support for TUG Residential Life and Housing.

• Provide leadership, supervision, direction, and support for the Student Engagement programs. This includes the following areas: Multicultural & International Student Services, Community Life (including Student Government), New Student Engagement (including Welcome Week), Commuter Services, and supports Student Center and Student Commons Programming.

• Oversee Student Conduct policy and processes.

• Plan and oversee the emergency response and crisis management for the division of Student Life and Formation.

• Work closely with the Title IX Coordinator to support all Title IX processes and serve as the primary decision maker in Title IX cases.

• Work closely with the AVP of Diversity and Belonging aiding in any Bias Incident reports involving Traditional Undergraduate (TUG) students.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree required; terminal degree preferred.

• Minimum of 10 (ten) years professional experience in higher education (preferably in student affairs)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Knowledge and experience working with a diverse population is preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Use of computer equipment: computer keyboard, mouse, and monitor.
