Job Summary:
The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for receiving orders and shipments from outside vendors. This position is responsible for reviewing and matching up paperwork, unloading trucks, and entering received items into inventory. The Coordinator is responsible for researching, coordinating, and purchasing materials, equipment, and parts. The Warehouse Coordinator must maintain a positive relationship with internal and external customers and vendors.
This role will work core hours of Monday - Friday, 8 am-4:30 pm weekly. Some overtime and weekend hours may also be required.
Salary:
Pay range $21.76 - $23.50

Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES
• INVENTORY
• Maintain inventory levels, distribute as ordered, and restock as needed for general and trade inventories.
• Maintain current physical counts and perform reguar audits.
• Create new inventory items as needed.
• Monitor and track inventory tracking.
• ORGANIZATION
• The Coordinator is expected to maintain an orderly warehouse to prevent trip/slip hazards and keep open access to emergency equipment at all times. This includes sweeping, emptying trash as necessary, scheduling pallet disposal, etc. The Coordinator is expected to communicate with responsible parties to clear out received equipment as quickly as possible.
• The Coordinator is expected to learn what items are stored in each area of the warehouse and for what purpose. They will also remove, secure, and return pallets into storage.
• The Coordinator must maintain a list of contact personnel responsible for items in storage.
• RECEIVING AND DISTRIBUTION
• The Coordinator is the primary forklift operator and is expected to offload pallets from delivery trucks and move pallets into storage racks. Safe operating practices are expected to be observed at all times.
• Maintain daily shipping and receiving schedule.
• Properly receive, record, and sign for incoming deliveries from outside vendors.
• Coordinate with all vendors and suppliers about product availability and estimated delivery dates.
• Print, label, and restock inventory items that are received.
• Responsible for receiving parcels and large equipment deliveries.
• OTHER
• Ensure invoice accuracy.
• Support invoice processing, credit cards, expenses, and check requests for manager approval.
• Review tickets in Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for storage and purchasing requests.
• Assign tasks and CMMS tickets to student workers.
• Collaborates with the Warehouse Manager and associates.
• Reconcile received products with appropriate order and manifest documentation.
• Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum of six months experience in purchasing/warehouse duties.
• Forklift Certification (or willing to get certified).
• Works well independently and collaboratively.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
• Possesses strong problem-solving, time management, and organization skills.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Must have a valid Class C driver's license and clean driving record. An MVR will be requested prior to an offer.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience with CMMS and Asset Management Software.
• Experience in Workday software.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and move small trade-related equipment.
• Ability to reach above shoulder level, twist, bend, kneel, climb, and stoop frequently.
• Drive motorized equipment.
• Sit occasionally and stand frequently.
• Use of computer equipment: computer keyboard, mouse, and monitor. Vision to read documents, e-mail, other correspondence, and reports on paper and a computer monitor.
• Hearing and speaking are necessary to communicate effectively with others in person and by phone.
