Salary Range: Up to $54,000/Annualized, commensurate with education, experience and qualifications.

Essential Functions

 

Program Manager and Senior Program Manager

 

Job Summary

 

Function: To manage the daily operations and logistics of a major program or programs in the field of legal studies.

 

Scope: Responsible for scheduling, planning, coordinating, and administering major programs.

 

Core Responsibilities

 

• Develops and manages the scheduling of programs and special events.

• Develops and manages the production of program materials ensuring quality and timelines are maintained.

• Works with teaching faculty to ensure curriculum is revised and updated as needed. Ensure changes are done to the student materials and online courses.

• Work with supervisor on new program initiatives, to ensure professional and efficient operation of programs are being met.

• Coordinates program agreements between PaCE and instructors, corporate clients, faculty, and current and past students.

• Assist PaCE leadership team when submitting proposals to corporate clients for executive program development and corporate program events.

• Develops and manages program budgets, ensuring program accounts remain within budget. Perform purchasing, invoicing and account reconciliations.

• Manages staff support for program operations and logistics.

• Conduct information sessions for programs on a semester basis, and follow-up with potential students, and track conversion rates.

• Act as a representative of the department during all programs, membership associations, and conferences.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

 

Program Manager and Senior Program Manager

 

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

• Combined total of three (3) years (Program Manager) or six (6) years (Senior Program Manager) of experience in program management.

• Education may be substituted for experience on a one for one basis.

• Demonstrated independent decision-making and problem-solving ability.

• Able to develop and implement goals and objectives aligned with the program's mission.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Understanding of program management techniques and methods.

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

Program Manager and Senior Program Manager

 

• Master's degree from an accredited college or university.

• Similar experience in an academic environment.

Working Conditions

 

• Ability to travel to and from meetings, training sessions, or other business-related events.

• Occasional after-hours and weekend work or overtime may be required.

 

Physical Demands:

 

• Sedentary work; sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required, only occasionally.

• Exerts up to 30 lbs. of force occasionally.

 

This position will require working both remotely in Texas and on campus (approximately five or more days on campus per month). Travel and parking expenses are the employee's responsibility. Applicants must be adaptable and open to working in both environments.
