Salary:
Pay range $24.89- $26.88 per hour
Actual salary offered is determined by the candidate's experience, education, skills, and other factors, including internal equity and university funding resources.

Job Description:
What We're Looking For:

What You'll Be Doing:
• Support Academic Studies Office operations, including greeting visitors, responding to phone calls, and directing inquiries
• Provide administrative support to senior staff, including document generation, organization, reporting, and handling special projects
• Process financial transactions, including check and purchase order requests, expense reports, and account transfers
• Support University and Academic Studies Office events, including planning, coordination, and execution
• Respond to phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain office organization, including ordering supplies and ensuring a productive work environment
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, and Zoom.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrated ability to work as a team player.
• Ability to multi-task with frequent interruptions and produce assignments in a timely manner.

Physical Requirements:
• This is a 40 hour per week in-person position. This role is not eligible for remote or hybrid work.
• Ability to communicate effectively with others in person and by phone.
• Work is primarily sedentary and may require sitting, standing, bending, or stooping for extended periods of time.
• Use of computer equipment: computer keyboard, mouse, and monitor.
• Vision to read documents, e-mail and other correspondence, and reports on paper and computer monitor.
• Will also stand, stoop, push, pull, and lift up to 10 pounds throughout the day.
