Salary Range: Up to $3,500 per class.

 

Hours: up to 10-15 hours per week, non benefits eligible, Fixed Term Track (FTT) position.

Essential Functions

 

Job Summary

 

Teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses in the Behavior Analysis program area. We are specifically looking for someone to teach two sections each semester of the undergraduate Introduction to Behavior Analysis course.

 

Required Qualifications

 

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Educational Psychology, Education, Special Education, Psychology or related field.

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst national credential.

• Texas licensure (Licensed Behavior Analyst).

• This position requires the ability to maintain the security and integrity of UTSA and its infrastructure.

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

• PhD in Behavior Analysis, Educational Psychology, Education, Special Education, Psychology or related field.

• Teaching experience at the graduate and/or undergraduate level that includes behavior analytic courses and/or supervision of students in practicum or applied settings.

• Experience as a clinical director at an ABA clinical setting and/or experience providing ABA services in school-based settings.

• Research experience in behavior analysis.

 

Additional Information

Working Conditions

 

• Primary work location will be on campus (Main campus or Downtown).

• May be assigned night classes.

 

This position will be primarily located on campus. Travel and parking expenses are the employee's responsibility.
