The Program Manager is a valuable member of the MRISJ team who will develop, coordinate, and evaluate high-quality programs and events to promote student learning and leadership with campus and community partners. The Program Manager will hire, manage, advise and evaluate undergraduate student employees, and develop and coordinate a wide range of service, civic, and student leadership opportunities on campus and in the community

Established in 2011 and renamed in 2015, the mission of the Martin Richard Institute for Social Justice (MRISJ) at Bridgewater State University is to build knowledge about social justice, to develop skills for advancing social justice through individual and collective action, and to serve as a catalyst for actualizing Bridgewater State University’s commitment to social justice.
The MRISJ team is passionate about building and sustaining an inclusive and equitable working and learning environments for all students, staff, and faculty. We believe every member on our team enriches us in our collective work to build a more just and equitable society.
 
Standard schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 – 5:00 (Some evenings and weekend hours are required)
