Salary Range -$92,000-$132,000

The Anisfield School of Business has been AACSB-accredited since 2010 and offers seven undergraduate majors: B.S. in Accounting, B.S.in Finance, B.S. in Marketing, B.S. in Management, B.A. in Economics, B.S.in Information Technology Management, and B.A. in International Business. The Anisfield School of Business at Ramapo College of New Jersey is seeking a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Finance to start September 1, 2026.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Candidates must have a strong commitment to effective teaching and a demonstrated ability to publish in peer-reviewed journals. The successful candidate will be able to teach the core Finance courses, Corporate Finance I and Corporate Finance II, and Securities and Investments. Other potential courses include Multinational Finance, Derivatives, and/or other Finance electives.
• Ability to publish discipline-relevant research in peer-reviewed journals; faculty members are expected to maintain academic qualifications consistent with AACSB standards for scholarship and intellectual contributions.
• Participate in service, college governance, and student advisement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education/Experience:
Candidates for the position should have a Ph.D. in Finance or related area, or be ABD with imminent completion date.
