This hybrid role offers both leadership and hands-on student engagement-perfect for someone passionate about both people and process.
Schedule: Hybrid (Eligible for hybrid once training period is completed with expectation of three times in-person)
Pay Range: $29.00 - $32.00 per hour
Actual salary offered is determined by the candidate's experience, education, skills, and other factors, including internal equity and university funding resources.

Job Description:
What We're Looking For
• Proven ability to lead and coach small teams toward performance goals
• Experience designing and delivering onboarding and training programs
• Skill in tracking and analyzing team KPIs to inform strategic decisions
• Ability to collaborate with academic leadership and event coordinators
• Comfort navigating operational inefficiencies and driving improvements
• Demonstrated capacity to foster a collaborative and positive team culture
• Willingness to represent the enrollment team on cross-functional task forces
• Familiarity with higher education recruitment cycles and CRM systems
• Ability to coordinate interdepartmental initiatives to ensure alignment
• Strong grasp of enrollment trends and mission-driven communication
What You'll Be Doing
• Supervising 2-4 Enrollment Counselors with regular feedback and support
• Leading training initiatives for consistent team development
• Monitoring enrollment performance metrics for individuals and the team
• Communicating enrollment forecasts in New Student Review meetings
• Partnering with directors to ensure successful enrollment events
• Managing a portion of prospective student engagement directly
• Advising students on admissions, financial aid, and application processes
• Recommending applicants for program admission based on evaluation
• Participating in marketing and recruitment events as a program rep
• Supporting administrative and applicant services during peak times
Qualifications
• Two years of enrollment, admissions, or related higher education experience; leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required
• Highly motivated with enthusiasm for marketing academic programs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking
• Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks under pressure
• Proficiency in computer tools that support marketing and admissions
• Excellent interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders

Physical Requirements

• Will also stand, stoop, push, pull, and lift to 10 lbs throughout the day.
