ATSU - University Assessment Project Manager

 

Description

A.T. Still University is seeking an exempt, full-time University Assessment Project Manager on the Kirksville, Missouri campus. This position reports to the Director of the Office of Assessment & Accreditation. The University Assessment Project Manager is responsible for managing/coordinating/assisting with University assessment efforts and processes including University-level end-of-course, exit/graduate, alumni, and employer surveys; University Educational Effectiveness Annual Reports; and University CPA mapping process. This position will be the system administrator for the software used for CPA mapping, Educational Effectiveness Annual Reports, University program review, and other University assessment efforts; serves as the liaison between the university and software tech support; lead implementation efforts of any new assessment and accreditation software.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

 

• System administrator for Taskstream AMS software for ATSU.

• Direct responsibility for University-level end-of-course, exit/graduate, alumni, and employer surveys.

• System administrator for the OAA supported software for ATSU.

• Complete responsibility to manage ATSU's Educational Effectiveness Annual Reports process.

• Direct responsibility to manage University CPA mapping process.

• Responsible for updating the OAA website.

• Manages ASHS P & T and ASHS awards.

• Participate in UWAC, UWAC-A, and UWAC-R committees and document meeting minutes as assigned.

 

Requirements

Education & Experience

 

• Bachelor degree required (Social Science or Education degree preferred).

• Three to five years experience.

• Proficiency in MS software applications (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

• Proficiency in Google applications (including the Drive, Groups, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).

• Proficiency in survey software (Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, other).

• Proficiency in educational software (Canvas, etc.).

• Efficiently present data to a wide range of audiences.

• Effectively express technical information to non-technical audiences.

• Quickly and independently learn new software and hardware.

• Maintain independent and collaborative work under pressure.

• Exercise intellectual judgment to make critical decisions.

• Organized and self-motivated, requiring minimal supervision with the ability to work as a team member and take initiative.

• Collaborate with internal and external individuals from different disciplines and different levels of knowledge.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including active listening skills.

• Interpersonal and interprofessional skills, exercising discretion.

• Maintain awareness of current trends of assessment in higher education.
