The Coordinator of Allied Health supports the daily operations and administrative functions of the college’s Allied Health and Nursing programs. This position assists with student advisement, course scheduling, program compliance, and faculty support to ensure efficient delivery of health-related instruction and workforce training. The coordinator serves as a key resource for students, faculty, and external partners engaged in Allied Health and Nursing activities.
Associate degree from an accredited institution.
Two (2) years of experience in an educational, healthcare, or administrative support role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management systems.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
Experience in a higher education or workforce training environment.
Knowledge of accreditation or licensure requirements relevant to Allied Health and/or Nursing programs.
Familiarity with clinical site coordination or student placement processes.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency preferred.
Standard office and classroom environment with occasional travel to partner sites.
